We stand behind the quality of our Tupperware products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. For products covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, we provide replacements for chipping, cracking, or peeling under normal non-commercial use.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or submit a warranty claim.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your warranty replacement within 7-10 business days.
